When will my order ship?
Please allow up to 2 business days to process and pack your order. Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays. Please note that shipping vendors are experiencing increased shipping delays due to COVID-19. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships. We appreciate your patience.
What if I entered an incorrect shipping address?
Please contact us at hola@volverde.com as soon as you find out about the issue. If the order hasn’t shipped, we may be able to accommodate the shipping change.
VOLVERde does not assume responsibility for orders with incorrect shipping addresses. If an order is shipped to an incorrect address provided by a customer, the customer will need to pay the shipping cost to re-send the items.
Where do you ship?
At this time, VOLVERde only ships in the contiguous United States, Hawaii, and Alaska. We do not ship to U.S. territories at this time.
Navidium Package Protection
We automatically add package protection to your cart because we want your shopping experience to be worry-free. This protection insures your order against damage, loss, or theft while it's on its way to you. Don't want the protection? No problem. You can easily remove it during checkout.
What Does Package Protection Cover?
Package protection covers your order when:
- The carrier shows "delivered" status, but you haven't received your package (please allow up to 7 business days for U.S. domestic shipments before reporting)
- Your package was delivered to the wrong address
- The carrier has determined your package is lost
- Your package arrives damaged
What Happens If I Decline Protection?
If you choose not to add Navidium Package Protection to your order:
- We cannot offer compensation or replacement if your package is lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged.
- We will not be responsible for packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier but not received by you.
- Products will not be reshipped if lost or damaged during transit.
Can I Add Protection After Placing My Order?
Yes, but only if your order hasn't shipped yet. To add Navidium Package Protection after placing your order, email us at hola@volverde.com.
