Nestled among the misty woods of Oaxaca's Sierra Mountains, Don Jesús creates exquisite wooden pieces, including their famous molinillos (traditional Mexican chocolate whisks). Don Jesús is a passionate guardian of his woodland home and opponent of illegal logging. Don Jesús workshop only uses certified wood sourced exclusively from responsibly managed forests.

He has been making molinillos for over 50 years and is passing on the tradition to his children.

How to use

Rinse your molinillo with warm water right after use, then gently scrub with a soft brush to remove any chocolate. Use gentle / mild soap. Avoid soaking it or putting it in the dishwasher. Let it air-dry completely before storing.
