This tortilla warmer is handwoven by artisans using a traditional pedal loom using 100% locally-sourced cotton. Each purchase supports artisans in Mexico and keeps our ancestral traditions alive.

These tortilla warmers are made by a family-run weaving workshop in downtown Oaxaca. These mutli-generational artisans use 100% cotton and ancestral techniques passed down by generations. This form of weaving employs many members of this small community and artisans working to pass down their techniques to the next generation so that the artistry is not lost.

We partner with these talented artisans to create unique, one-of-a-kind pieces and we compensate them with fair trade prices.
