Gently rub a pea sized amount into clean, damp skin with your fingertips. Do not over apply as it could result in caking or residue on clothes.

Tip: Applying right out of the shower (wet, without drying off) can help with application when your deodorant cream has an opportunity to really sink into your skin, preventing powdery residue.

You can use it (and it works!) anywhere else on your body that needs it. Just be sure to patch test before using on sensitive areas to be sure you don’t have any sensitivities.

Experiencing a change in texture in your deodorant cream? Hot temperatures will result in a creamier deodorant as the coconut oil melts. Some separation may occur and is natural. Simply give your deodorant a good stir and refrigerate until firm. Occasionally shea butter will cause little beads to form. They are natural and will not reduce how effective the deodorant is or decrease shelf life. The beads will melt into your skin on contact when you apply the cream as it warms up.
